"Dear Roger and Dave,
Thank you so much for the wonderful custom framing job you did on my
canvas giclee print. I had been searching for a barnwood frame, but the
size of the painting (20" x 40") made it difficult to find one.
After searching the Internet under "barnwood frames" I came across your
site; and when I saw the frame at the top of your home page, I knew that
was what I wanted.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from you after my
initial e-mail inquiry about a custom frame. And I was even more
pleasantly surprised that, in every step of the custom order process,
you wanted to make sure that the frame was made to my liking.
You truly live up to the words on your website when you say that you
have honesty integrity and dependability. You definitely go the extra
mile to make sure everything is just right! Your level of customer
service is outstanding.
Thanks again, Roger and Dave, for giving a good home to my canvas giclee
print. Enclosed is a photo of the print in its frame. It's not yet
hung, and I'm sorry about the glare of the flash on the painting, but
the frame looks great doesn't it? (By the way, the picture is a giclee
print of "End of a Dusty Day", painted by Jerry Yarnell).
Sincerely," Stephanie Denny - Mesa, Arizona
"Dear folks,
I wanted to let you know that Ray, Andy and I are delighted with the two framed
pieces that I brought home tonight! The wood, stains, and mats that you
chose for the Dali print so richly
echo all of the hues in the painting itself. You have done a superb and very
artistic job in all your selections and in executing your craft, and I couldn't
be happier with the result! I am moved by the impact of the dimensions that you
have created; they triple the impact
and substance of the artwork for me. From the margin you left showing of the
original canvas, through the dark inner rim on the cream mat, the mat itself,
the very dark brown inner quarter-round on the frame, the variegated and knotted
frame in tones of cream, brown and grey, and the rustic medium-brown outer
wooden border, I find the details
and the overall impact very powerful. I bought the print in the Reina Sofia
gallery in Madrid last summer because I found it very rustic, sensuous, and
beautiful, and you have added greatly to its beauty and value now.
The bullfight poster as you have framed it is overwhelmingly powerful. The
dimensions of the piece make it imposing and beautiful, and the reddish-brown
and very dark brown stains you chose for the frame, the inner quarter-round, and
the outer border both reflect and enhance the colors of the raging bull that
dominates the poster and of the prominent black writing on the bullfight
announcement. This poster has immense sentimental value for me since I got to
attend this debut performance of three bullfighters in Madrid last summer on a
trip with one other Spanish teacher and ten wonderful students. The poster had
just been rolled up and stored up until now, and you have given it an amazing
new presence that I really never had imagined possible. I thank you from the
bottom of my heart for your artistry, caring and skill in this work. My
son says that the bullfighting piece is now "Awesome-o", and this is very high
praise from a fourteen-year-old!
Sincerely," Lois
Dear Roger and Dave,
I have a needlepoint picture
that I stitched that is an odd shape for a standard frame. I have tried about
three times to frame the picture for display and have not been satisfied with
the results. My husband was going to make me one and never got it done. With a
deadline of early August to enter this picture in my county fair, I became
desperate and combed the website for someone to make me what I needed. I came
upon your site and e-mailed you what I needed. I goofed the first time on
measurements relying on my memory which is never reliable. That was quickly
corrected. I could not believe how quickly I received this beautiful product.
It is so well done. I now have my frame stained and my needlepoint installed
and ready to enter competition. Thank you so much for bailing me out and saving
me from nagging my husband! You can bet I will use you again as I do a lot of
counted cross and needlepoint. I only have one suggestion. Have you considered
using credit cards so you don’t have to wait for a check to clear.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!
